The threat to deport Jack Smith is one of the most heinous threats issued by Trump. He's attacking the very foundation of America. In the meantime, full speed ahead to elect leaders courageous enough to fight for the values and freedoms that built this nation!

I can't wait to celebrate Harris victory wearing this Jack Smith t-shirt on November 5th 👇

Trump will be going to prison after he loses this election!

Where does he deport an American born citizen?

If you’re on his enemies list ?; (He has one now).

That along with SCOTUS immunity ?; He suffers no consequences.

At 65 I've never even touched a gun, now I wonder if I might need one. I lived in one of their "liberal" cities, I never feared for my life. I live in Florida now and I have been chased by a hick in an old pickup truck and screamed at by nazis. The first was for listening to Rachel Maddow on my SiriusXM radio, the second because I dared to protest their dear leader. My sign called him a dictator.

AG: Thank-you so much for your prompt and thorough review of all new filings. When I see "MuellerSheWrote from The Breakdown" in my Inbox, I read it first thing.

Me too. Then since it's usually relatively late my eyes may glaze over before I realize how invaluable and helpful it is in understanding this moment in history. So yes gratitude is the right answer. Remember to vote Blue up and down the ballot! 🗳

I expect the SCOTUS acts in its normal corrupt fashion and give tfg whatever will allow them to feel safe from his wrath like the cowards they are.

So you think SCOTUS is corrupt but Jack Smith and Judge Chutkan are legit?

Of course.

Absofuckinlutely. If you don’t think SCOTUS is corrupt, you’ve got your head in the sand. Where the hell have you been? 🤷🏼‍♂️😎

We are never going to see Trump with a federal conviction, are we?

Even when Trump loses in ‘24, he will just declare for ‘28 to keep raising money. An endless cycle of three-level appeals will run out the clock, so long as the grift money keeps funding lawyers, until Trump shoves off his fetid mortal coil due to “natural causes”. But maybe we can get the 13-15 district courts enhancement, and add 4-6 new non Federalist Society justices. Pretty please with sugar on top. But through it all, Trump will continue to be the excruciatingly painful weeping pustule on America’s bunghole until it’s time to meet his maker. And that makes it suck to be us.

Nonetheless, Vote Blue!

Thanks for sharing your most excellent explanation. I don't trust SCOTUS either.

I assume that Cannon's mis-interpretations and ill regard for the laws of our land would mean that, if Trump is elected he couldn't put her on the Supreme [cesspool] Court? Oh. Never mind I was talking about Trump, he could anything he wanted to do, that's why the country is voting for Kamala Harris.

It’s just incredible how one convicted felon can throw our entire justice system into a quandary! Thank you AG for your excellent reporting on this case.

It's a mental workout just to read this interesting and informative article but Trump doesn't seem to have much of a leg to stand on. Remember to vote! Vote Blue! Consider boycotting everything Bezos and everything Musk and everything Thiel if you can find any benefit we gain from them, please also find that you can obtain that benefit elsewhere until they stop getting so Nazi. The easiest time to stop them is now.

Who, exactly, among the T legal team is coming up with these absurd positions? It sounds like Chesebro (felon and federal Co-conspirator 5) or Eastman (disbarred and Federal Co-conspirator ).

I would say … a guy who was innocent would get this through the system as quickly as possible. So, he is guilty as charged and trying to position himself as potus so that he can get the cases thrown out. But … he’s filing these appeals. Guess he thinks he’s gonna loose the election.

So if Biden did say “lock him up” and meant it in the same way Trump had while he was running against Hillary”, would it qualify as Presidential acts? … you know, given he is the President and not running for reelection?

Reading and digesting the players’ actions relative to the game and player “rules” that are discussed in the court filings and related observational analyses (like your excellent series) for Trump’s various cases are like attempting to read several John LeCarré spy novels simultaneously. Mind boggling!

But, in every good spy or mystery story there’s an unstated surprise element lurking somewhere in the background.

In Trump’s cases, there is a common thread linking all of the “conservative” players on his legal teams to the “conservative“ appointees in the federal judiciary and to the SCOTUS Justices, namely, FEDSOC.

Is the “surprise” element in Trump’s cases actually FEDSOC “social” gatherings? Have those “social” gatherings enabled some form of informal communication between the “conservative” players who are members of and attend FEDSOC “social” gatherings that effectively cure the blindness that Justice and the judiciary are supposed to have?

Such a possibility adds to the already mind boggling aspects of the Trump legal sagas. Such things have already occurred in the “conservative” movement initiated by Lewis Powell because its members have repeatedly proven they are willing to do literally anything to achieve their goals. The “conservative” SCOTUS supermajority is now their captive servant to get there thanks to FEDSOC.

I’m asking for a friend, by the way.
