I’ve been reporting the news for a long time, and this whistleblower report strikes me as one of the biggest stories I’ve seen: a memo directing ICE agents to violate the 4th Amendment based on a DHS Office of General Counsel determination that a judicial warrant is not needed to enter your home.
You’ll notice I say it’s Thursday, January 22nd. That’s because this was supposed to come out tomorrow morning, but I thought it too important to hold until then.
