The DOJ lied to the judge. That's what stood out to me. And that they didn't know the laws of what they were trying to so. So DOJ lied and doesn't know what they're doing. That's just great. If this is under Blanche, he should not be voted in as AG, he shouldn't get a single vote

Not 1. This all has to stop now.

This is just the tip of the iceberg for reasons he shouldn’t get a single vote

I hope they keep bombing. I'm so sick of this evil regime. A loss for them is a bonus for us.

It's kind of strange that Ellen thinks your comment is about the Iran war, I had to re-check the article to see if Iran is mentioned anywhere. Nope, just about the DOJ.

But your comment would work perfectly is this was some neo-con MAGA worshipping Substack.

"DOJ admitted it wasn’t familiar with the case law governing subpoenaing reporters," is an explanation so par for the course with the most corrupt DOJ in history that it's more than laughable. Shouldn't they be the Crème de la crème of lawyers, and at the very least familiar with the 1st Amendment? In truth, they obviously knew they'd be called out, but judged wrong when it comes to being called out and ordered to release internal communications. They just wanted to intimidate reporters from doing their jobs in the future.

They are just wannabe trumpers, not real lawyers.

They're all just loyalists with a degree hired to persecute his enemies. In a perfect world, they'll all be disbarred, charged, tried, convicted, and sent to prison for their crimes against the U.S. I think most of them know that's the endgame once he kicks it, so they're doing everything in their power to keep the fascist regime going once he's gone.

It was such a bad day that Chris Geidner referred to it as the “Worst day for the DOJ. So far.”

Wow, even after Judge Williams explicitly called the entire Trump vs IRS “lawsuit” a fraud, with the DOJ a willing partner in it.
