This is just another way of skirting around the issue of having insurrectionists in the ranks of Ice Agents!!What really got me was the Bear Spray!! One of the items used at the Jan. 6 Capitol Take-Over!! Trump put these folks in as High Paid Gangster Private army Gestapo types!! His own private army!!
Training is small part of problem, real problem is character. These thugs are not vetted, for all I know they could have felony records, or past excessive force issues. We're in the dark, where they want us.
