The games DOJ and The Donald are playing are stupid and dangerous. Grasping at straws…keep at ‘em, Allison!

Schroedinger’s slush fund?

Keep up the great work. The lies are beyond any 1984 fiction. There's literally not a single thing coming out of the Criminal Enterprise known as the Trump regime that we can trust-- except racism, misogyny, cruelty and corruption.

It's just like saying troops killed during a "pause" don't count as war casualties.

Move that the DOJ lacks standing to defend because they have no Attorney General. Jackpot!

I am not a lawyer and this does not constitute legal advice.

Sounds more legal than BLANCHED.

Trump’s slush fund. There is no doubt where the $1.8 billion proceeds would go:

TrumpCrime Family wins again!

HEADS UP

Trump, as usual, has something up his sleeve. He is NOT wanting to let this one go...and I'm sure there is a reason behind it. I think he is using this slush fund to not only vindicate and pay the January 6 criminals for their "loyalty," but to give a feeling of protection for his future insurrectionists. I believe he is planning to provoke all out chaos in November 2026 and 2028.

I'd put it at January 3rd.

IMO time is a bit short for Nov, and I don't think he will last until 2028. I want him to, so he can meet justice, but I think he'll be Mitched before then.

I fear he will send federal troops in to seize midterm ballot boxes. Sen. Chris Murphy says if the chain of custody (control by local election officials) is broken our democracy is ended. My friends say I am an alarmist. I ask them, why would you think there is a line Trump won’t cross? We all need to make sure state and local election officials have local and state police at the ready to prevent federal troops from seizing ballots. It sounds nutty to say that, but it’s even crazier to think Trump won’t try doing it. Old age has turned him from a narcissistic sociopath into a demented, spaced-out madman.

Trump has quite simply lost his mind,

and the acting head of the DoJ abdicated his mind to Trump long ago. Thus, DoJ's pitiful attempt to file dismissal of your suit as moot - just after filing to pursue the same - is quite simply brain-dead.

It's WAY over time to stop this nonsense!

This just in:

The Trump administration is being seen going into an unrecoverable tailspin with three of the four engines in flames and losing altitude at a rapid rate... Bystanders are advised to stay well back from the expected crash site.

This is not a drill.

So, where do I post the little snark thingy?

Anywhere? Cool.
