Brilliant. Thank you 🙏 Allison.

Trump just fired his Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. (Remember the Friday night massacres on Xitter during the 45 administration?)

The Orange Oligarchy has made many mistakes in its scorched earth DOGE firings/rehirings, USAID mess, not to mention foreign relations.

Approval rating is down 11 points.

Fissures. The Emperor has no clothes. MAGA tears and hand wringing.

I’m here for it.

Add to all of the above the continuing exposure of the gutlessness of the Republicans in Congress, the whole bloody lot of them.

Maybe. SCOTUS is long gone, then there’s cannon. Ugh. At least some judges still hold their oaths seriously.

The Fed Soc has spent the past 20 years loading all levels of the judiciary with Christian Nationalist ally judges. It's all about money and religion, truth and justice aren't important to people who believe their Sky Spirit, aka "the one true God" will be "rapturing" them to heaven in reward for turning their country Christian.

Yes and the Heritage Foundation also. Leonard Leo is responsible for placing Fed Soc at Ivy League schools while creating 42 shell companies that claim a “charity status”. You know who owns one of those companies? Ginni Thomas! Those companies launder money to each other. The Russian Orthodox Church is involved as well as Russian oligarchs. It’s a big conglomerate that operates in the shadows.

Don't forget about elections won despite the money invested. Senators Baldwin and Heinrich come to mind together with all the losses trump endorsed: Dr Oz, Don Bolduc, Leora Levy, Gerald Malloy, Doug Mastriano, Lee Zeldin, Bo Hines, Sarah Palin and many more!!! Don't forget Mark Ronchetti. There are more!!!

I hope so - but I am bracing for Trump to just ignore all court orders he doesn't like. I mean, they've already started, right? Courts ordered funds to various groups to be "un-frozen" but apparently that hasn't happened.

Under Notice #3,

"I’m certain that Bove desperately wants to court to ignore his memo, and that meeting he attended with Danielle Sassoon and Adams’ lawyers."

Should read: I’m certain that Bove desperately wants THE court to ignore his memo, and that meeting he attended with Danielle Sassoon and Adams’ lawyers.

In all honesty, I briefly considered your view. But cynicism and bitter disappointment on my part overcame that interpretation. Anything associated with the mango mussolini ties the courts in knots. By now, every jurist knows that a tsunami of lies, denials, distractions, and appeals will inevitably end up with the stacked supreme court. I'm no longer willing to give any jurist the benefit of the doubt.

With all due respect to Judge Ho, this is a clear case of "cover your assism." His Honor is either in incredibly good shape or he's a young man by judicial standards. I probably should have googled him to get his exact age but I didn't bother. Early 40's maybe? So he tags esteemed litigator Paul Clement to tell him in writing what he already knows. By now, the entire population of planet Earth knows this case will be appealed to the Supreme Six unless the Department of Political Revenge is allowed to drop the case against Mayor Adams. It's a big win for Adams, 47, Homeland Security, and Bove. At least Judge Ho gets to keep egg off his face. FEH!

Jerry, are you not seeing what the rest of us are seeing? The judge obviously sees the framework of a quid pro quo and has appointed one of the most conservative litigators to assist him in legally exposing it or convincing him there is nothing there since there is no adversarial position being taken. There is no “cover your assism.” This is a smart legal move by a Judge who just wants to get it right. Isn’t that the whole point of our legal system even though it does not always work that way?

I’m a little confused …heard someone talking on Deadline White House with Nichole Wallace , someone who was IN the courtroom and was sorely disappointed there wasnt’ more in depth questioning by the judge (newly appointed?”) Bove was at a table by himself so prosecutors couldn’t be questioned. Sorry I don’t remember the details, it was a podcast and I was doing other things (imagine that!) and was getting interrupted.

Dear Ms. Parsons,

I'm guessing. Maybe the disappointed person who was in the courtroom was hoping that Judge Dale Ho of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals would delve further into disclosures made by former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Danielle Sassoon. Ms. Sassoon quit the job rather than drop the corruption case against New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Acting Department of Justice Deputy Director Emil Bove ordered her to file a request with Judge Ho to drop the case. Instead, the judge cancelled the originally scheduled court date in April. He appointed Paul Clement as "a friend of the court" to file a written arguement giving reasons the corruption case should proceed. After reading this report due in mid-March, Judge Ho will decide whether the case against Mayor Adams should be dropped or go forward.

Using Flynn case is interesting, right? Flynn -like Adams-was doing stuff for Turkey

This administration is throwing so much trash and sewage on Americans & the government it’s analogous to a Gish Gallop -where you throw so many dangerous lies at a rapid clip in a debate that you overpower the opponent

They think they are so smart that bullying and lying works to cause massive suffering .

I like this small win but if people start getting their jobs back & Elon stops abusing a power he shouldn’t have then I’ll feel a glimmer of hope
