You know what, that's a great point. Trump cannot stand looking weak. This seems like an effective pain point to press, and press hard. We need a personal campaign against Trump calling him a scared, weak loser who can't even negotiate with El Salvador, a country a fraction of the size of the US.

It’s actually not about bowing to El Salvador though. This is the deal he made in advance with El Salvador. Albrego wasn’t sent there by mistake. He is the pawn Project 2025 is using via Trump to defy the Supreme Court. The 249 others are just cover for that.
Interesting theory. So, this premeditated defiance is designed to demonstrate what? That scotus is powerless? That the judicial branch is now irrelevant?
Pretty much. If the SCOTUS can’t move forward with holding anybody in contempt in any meaningful way, like start locking some of these lawyers up, Trump’s just going to move on the next step and revoke Albregos childrens birthright citizenship, or ship a journalist to El Salvador. SCOTUS only acts quickly when it favors Trump, and slow walks due process to his advantage. Actual justice can’t keep up with this.

He looks weak either way. Weak for bowing to a judge or weak for not demanding compliance from El Salvador
