Dismissed and disbarred would sound even better.

Tish James did nothing wrong! She is a brave black woman defending democracy from fascism. I wrote a poem for her, inspired by her bravery: https://democracydefender2025.substack.com/p/tish-james-did-nothing-wrong

I actually paused “The Daily Beans” to read this. The only person who can distract me from Alison Gill is Alison Gill.

the courts and the people are the major players pushing back as the opposition against this corrupt tTRUMP regime ( notwithstanding the SCOTUS )....now the MSM and silent politicians need to get on board and step up their games.

Given how LH's team messed with the grand jury proceedings, this thing is cooked. While technically DOJ could take another swing at it, will they have been sufficiently embarrassed by their rank amateur performances so far that they will leave it alone? Probably in most cases but regarding Comey I expect they will keep throwing cow patties at the wall until who knows

Bear in mind that Judge Fitzpatrick found eleven reasons that 'may exist to dismiss the indictment because of a matter that occurred before the grand jury', and federal judges could well dismiss the indictment for many of these as well - and with prejudice.

I agree. The LYING, INCOMPETENT, DEMENTED, AND BIGOTED FASCIST-IN-CHIEF, CHILD-RAPIST, CRIMINAL FRAUDSTER, LOSER, DRAFT DODGER, AND NAZI DICTATOR won’t tolerate them giving up without trying again.

They’re playing with OUR TAX $$$$$$ every day to keep this corrupt train running… so it would seem only their own conflicting priorities (and prescedent created in losing battles like this one) might get in the way?

2026 elections *ought to be* filled with statistics on how much of our treasury has been gutted with all the vile looting and pillaging - the vast waste of time and treasure - initiated with this regime since Jan 20.

It’s obscene.

*no idea HOW*

It was a straight-up, by-the-books decision by Judge Currie, sidestepping the other perhaps more contestable albeit valid motions to dismiss on the grounds of "vindictive and selective" prosecution, amongst other related grounds. If a DOJ appeal fails on the improper appointment grounds, and that the statute of limitations already in play in the Comey matter, there still are hoops to get through if the govt. is determined to haul both Comey and Tish James back in court.
