Maybe Boasberg will luck out and get added to a DOJ Signal chat.

AG, It's my understanding that Judge Boasberg is a FISA judge, so has all the clearances necessary to hear highly classified information, allowing him to hear all the information available to the government as he makes his judgment. That makes it tough for the government to say it's too classified for him to hear.

What scares the MAGA faithful is that this judge understands the material AND they don’t.

They might as well tell the Judge that if he keeps disagreeing he might end up in El Salvador. Unbelievable.

The irony of them invoking the states secret privilege considering the breach of secrets by Pete Hegseth is truly insane.

I used to think that tv shows like the Blacklist were a little over the top. Now we have a regime playing out those scripts in real time. I now look at every action that this government takes as an existential threat to every person on the planet. I am afraid to even say "God help us all" because this is beyond thoughts and prayers.

Further to all of this, I keep going back to their stupid argument about where the plane was over international waters. I'm pretty sure a plane over international waters carries jurisdiction corresponding to its origin.

Imagine an exaggerated case of a baby being born in the air. That child would still need to have a nationality somewhere.

Their argument about where the plane was is totally irrelevant. The only thing to consider is if the pilot could get clearance to turn around and if they had enough fuel to return and land somewhere else.

If the Gulf of Mexico is now called The Gulf of America, would the flights still be considered international waters?

He sure knows how to milk the system! Since there aren’t any republicans in congress, who are willing to hold him accountable. - we know our assignment!

Rid Congress of all MAGA, and corrupt republicans who care nothing about their constituents. our laws, the separation of church and state.

We are left facing corruption supported by fascists, and guns at our heads!

His dumb ass violated the state secrets act! How many pages of classified information did he sell? He should be charged for each one! He has no right to inch anything beyond mild throat clearing!

There’s an elaborate DOJ approval process under a written public policy about invoking the state secrets privilege in litigation. What’s the over/under on whether that was followed?

Of course he does. When will he build Ljubjanka II? Or black op sites in every state? He is a criminal. He is evil. He must be removed from office.

The Supreme Court needs to reconsider their ruling when they decided Trump was free to commit crimes while in office. I’d be eager to sign that petition.
