Today at Noon pacific time, 3 PM ET, I will sit down with USPS whistleblower attorney David Kligerman to discuss the impact of his client’s report on federal court cases - one of which has resulted in a preliminary injunction blocking the Trump administration from making the rule mandatory.
I will also share with you my latest Freedom of Information Act request demanding any final orders allowing work on the rule to continue despite court orders blocking it. The government contends that they’re simply building the Mail Ballot Portal for states who want to voluntarily participate, while simultaneously arguing to the Supreme Court that they want the rule to be mandatory for all.
