They asked nicely, and now the State Attorney General, Hennepin County DA, and the Board of Criminal Apprehension are suing the DOJ, DHS, Pam Bondi, and Kristi Noem

Does this mean a judge will not even look at the murder case against a federal employee brought by the state — unless the Touhy mechanism has been met? And of course DOJ isn’t complying because of Pam Bondi’s corruption, so the case sits?

A case, despite video evidence and knowing who this murderer is, it cant go forward because of Pam Bondi’s corruption?
I fear you may well be right. Procedural mechanisms this fast still seem slow. We'll have to see what happens next but hopefully not more delayed justice.
