NEW: Judge Orders Todd Blanche to Explain Epstein Redactions in Open Court

Today, I'll speak with Katie Phang about her case, and what we can expect in court this week over Todd Blanche's failure to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act

Good morning, and happy Sunday!

In case you haven’t noticed yet - though I’m sure you have - my colleague Katie Phang is tough as nails. She’s been able to systematically chip away at the Todd Blanche Epstein and Maxwell cover up, and it could all come down to a court hearing scheduled for August 13th.

Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered Blanche to hand over a sampling of his Epstein redactions, along with documentary evidence justifying those redactions. After review by the judge, it appears that Blanche didn’t quite understand the assignment. The judge has ordered a hearing this week, and Katie and I will discuss what he’s demanding of the Justice Department and Todd Blanche today, August 9th, at Noon PT / 3 PM ET.
