I had exactly the same thought. 300,000 pushed out of the government, many careers ruined, with very credible claims of loss of income and wealth based on malicious government actions.
Hell, Prez REAGAN ruined my husband's career and our family's financial existence when HE shut down the composting program at USDA in Beltsville, circa 1981. He never recovered, never found another niche, and the rest of his life he struggled with underemployment and unemployment, meaning the whole family struggled. (and that doesn't even cover the stated persecution when he was governor, cutting access to food stamps for "communes"--that is, a non-nuclear group of roommates, and putting the state university system tuition on steroids, more than quadrupling the cost per quarter, forcing many (me) to borrow money and use those food stamps so we weren't forced to drop out. He said it was about blocking hippies and communists having any access to social supports. And all that was just the beginning of the damages I personally have suffered.
Too many people think this all started with Trump. Trump is the endgame. We've been heading in this direction at least since Reagan and more likely since Nixon's "Southern Strategy." It's going to take a new Reconstruction to get our aspiring democracy back on track.
If not for President Biden’s administration, my son, born circa 1981, would still be paying on predatory student loans ( over 20 years ago) while he obtained his Bachelor’s. He’s worked since graduation, but our economy hasn’t kept up with inflation and job opportunities, once out of college, just weren’t around, degree or not. DJT wants this money to keep J6’ers for his next attempt of another treasonous insurrection. We the people have suffered even more at the hands of this criminal regime in America. So I agree with you. This all started with Reagan’s “tickle down” economics.
I think every single American who has been traumatized by watching J6 play out, who lost their health care and their SNAP benefits and small businesses affected by his tariffs should apply for a slice of the pie. All of us should apply for a slice of the pie in protest.
From what I've seen you simply send a letter to Todd Blanche explaining your situation, why you deserve compensation and the amount. Actually, it's been suggested that everyone do this and clog up the system.
Of course, they would have to do a really thorough review to determine that you had not been permanently traumatized. People should have even been traumatized by the 24 hour reading of the Epstein Files - some of those were really hard to listen to and most likely induced some form of trauma. For some real hard hitting examples, look at those read by Katie Phang.
I am definitely filing a claim due to damages caused by this weaponization of the trump doj… the stress and suffering has caused erectile disfunction and we planned to have six more children and this has caused my wife to be depressed which has caused me to be depressed… the damages are nothing short of devastating to our lives, lively hoods, our family, our financial future and my weight gain… oh the humanity.
oh the weight gain!!! the swollen ankles!!! i need to order diapers!!! i can't use stairs, the second floor of my house has become unusable!!! omg, i look like 47!!! how humiliating...
My persecution by the Trump regime is more than coming home, I've even developed a huge purplish bruise on my right hand (no joke...no idea where it came from). The money I deserve grows every day...
Questions re eligibility for disbursement of funds:
1. Would it enhance my eligibility if I have a criminal record, especially for felony fraud convictions and/or falsifying business records, as Trump has?
2. Would someone have a better chance of receiving disbursement if a jury found him liable for sexual molestations, as Trump was?
3. Would a fellow employee of the D0J have a better chance than just any citizen who has a gripe?
4 Would a relative of Todd Blanche or Donald Trump stand a better chance than just an average citizen.?
5. If I agree to kick back 10% to 20% of my disbursement to Donald Trump, Todd Blanche or the Republican Party, would that enhance my eligibility?
6.If I agree in writing to vote Republican down the line in November, would that improve my chances?
I believe that you would get paid if, and only if, such incontinence were accompanied by a declaration that it was involuntarily induced by a comment or action of a Democrat.
You, of course, would need a certified attestation by the Speaker of the House verifying such incontinence and the cause thereof.
You would also need another attestation from the Speaker supporting your monetary claim (and upon whom you would confer a meaningful gratuity).
Of course, you would need to sign certain waivers acknowledging that you would be required to donate 50% of the distribution to the construction of Trump's gold encrusted ballroom, 30 % to the Republican Campaign Fund, and 10% to the Trump Library, which will house a copy of every book he ever finished, both of which books will have the autograph of Donald J. Trump.
Lastly, you would need to acknowledge that the remaining 10% will be distributed to you or to your estate over a 20 year period, without interest accruing, and with administrative fees of 78% being deducted.
Thank you for clearing that up. After careful consideration I have decided to remain home until election day. It would be more prudent and hopefully more productive (pun intended) for all concerned.
Kay-El . . . I am hugely traumatized by all this. I won't be suing because I don't think I'll live long enough to see it through to the end. But I think I can talk my daughters and/or their husbands into filing a claim or two. I can only describe this as an overarching sense of sadness and impending doom. What a way to have to live.
It would be accurate. I can't even imagine how many millions of people are under constant stress. I'm pretty old and I can't remember ever feeling like this about our country and the world. I used to say that the Bible is the most violent book ever written. But the one being written in real time has it beaten six ways to Sunday.
I don't think I've been traumatized -- but OTOH I've been channeling Mme Defarge since the onset of Trump I. (For those who never read or have forgotten Dickens's TALE OF TWO CITIES, Mme Defarge sat at the foot of the guillotine knitting while aristocrats and other enemies of the French Revolution lost their heads.)
Didn't she drop a stitch every time another head hit the basket? I have thought of her often through my years of imperfect knitting. There's a symbolism there.
It’s a difficult decision isn’t it? To file a claim to a fund that’s comprised of money stolen from hard working, honest, American tax payers. How about $8.467 rounded up to $8.50 - just to prove a point? A gallon of gas could then be purchased to make life easier.
I called my three Florida maga Congressional members today and asked them where I could apply for the slush fund. I strongly feel that every person living here is being irreparably harmed by the regime's weaponization and by golly if criminals can get money for being criminals, seditionists and traitors, as a law abiding citizen I want a piece of that pie!
Brilliant! I am wondering if tens of thousands of people could file a claim and gum up the system so it grinds to a halt. Could someone who was harmed mentally by trump weaponizing his j/6 mob make a claim? Cloud a class action be filed for claims? Obviously I have no legal background but I would like to know how the slush fund could be slowed.damaged and destroyed.
And I wonder if Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Comey, Trish James, Fed Reserve member Lisa Cook, Hillary and every single trump's best pal Epstein victim will be filing claims?
I think every federal employee who was fired, either by DOGE or the Trump administration, should also file a claim.
I had exactly the same thought. 300,000 pushed out of the government, many careers ruined, with very credible claims of loss of income and wealth based on malicious government actions.
Definitely!

So, so true!!!

Not to mention his treatment (or lack there of) of those. With AIDS.
Tell me about it! Repugnicons’ standard actions have been the essence of political weaponization of policy since at least Reagan.
Brilliant
And the whole of the African continent, after the pulling of USAID.
I think every single American who has been traumatized by watching J6 play out, who lost their health care and their SNAP benefits and small businesses affected by his tariffs should apply for a slice of the pie. All of us should apply for a slice of the pie in protest.
I’ve been affected.
The stress of working during this administration has caused me much pain, suffering, anxiety and PTSD.
How would go about filing a claim?
I’d say I’ve earned a hefty million or two.
If you could get me the details I’d greatly appreciate it.
From what I've seen you simply send a letter to Todd Blanche explaining your situation, why you deserve compensation and the amount. Actually, it's been suggested that everyone do this and clog up the system.
Happy to report, tRump’s potential for receiving that $1.8Billion slush fund is less everyday!
They be eligible if they stormed congress or gave bribes to potus.
Absolutely!
Yes they should!
Great work Allison! Including a template is helpful. Flood the zone with claims!!!
Can I apply for pain and suffering? I have been permanently traumatized by this
I'm going to counseling now for over a year for "political anxiety". My doc said I wasn't the only one. 🙀
One year? Make that 11 years for me.

How can one apply?

😉❤️
I’d appreciate guidance on how to file a claim!
This is my second time living through this administration.
I’d say a million or two seems fair!
I’d greatly appreciate any guidance!

If I went in, right now, and defecated in the middle of the Capitol Rotunda, would I get paid $1,000,000?

No shit!! These people are beyond disgusting! Do they think we’re really too stupid to know what they’re doing?!🤬
If any of the traitorous J6 mob gets one dime, I’ll be filing claims against them for being traumatized.

They can blame your death on stress from the nightmare we're living through.

Slay girl, slay. Time for these criminals to get exposed and challenged. Distract them like they screw with us.
I am filing too. Why not?
my friend plans on filing a claim for $86.47. i don't think its enough but he does....
It’s a difficult decision isn’t it? To file a claim to a fund that’s comprised of money stolen from hard working, honest, American tax payers. How about $8.467 rounded up to $8.50 - just to prove a point? A gallon of gas could then be purchased to make life easier.

Exceptional 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Love it!!

THIS!! My husband and I were talking about this last night and I wondered if a third of the country could file as a class action suit as well!
trump's slush fund scam could turn into his Pandora's Box...
Great template, thank you.
