And they are harassing me about $3.00 being owed on Capital One and told me I am risking a charge of $4.00 being assessed to the $3.00 I owe them, which I was not aware of. I mailed a check and Capitol one didn’t call or write or text me they didn’t have it. Rather, the ongoing antics are happening from Capital One. Horrible company and now they are forcing Discover out of the credit card business! Capital One people are rude as well.
Never ever did I expect Capitol One to do the right thing. Losing the excellence of Discover service and corporate culture is awful but this news compensates a tad. Hum, takes a criminal organization to know the pitfalls?

If any state bar disbarred Blanche, that might well disqualify him, but that's very unlikely to happen in the course of these confirmation hearings. Do those qualifications apply to *acting* AGs? I don't know. Blanche's nomination seems to be in trouble in any case.
We have had one non-lawyer appointed as AG because:

That’s all that is required of every cabinet level department. But I had to read further down from that site you listed. There are specific educational and professional requirements to work as a US AG for all districts, including having a law degree and a law license in the state they will serve as an AG, as opposed to THE AG.
This was in 2021. This should have been highlighted and prosecuted. It is absurd that our legal system can’t operate in a time frame that serves the people and this country.
Voters need to know things like this. It should have ended the 2024 election campaign, but Capital One gave him every possible benefit while following the law.

I was out in Cali a few years ago, at Jalama Beach, a favorite place for campers and surfers. I went in for my Tuna Burger and there on the shelf was Trump Wine. I burst out laughing. Now that was just too much I thought. I also found it interesting that I had never Heard of trump wine anywhere before seeing this bottle. I mean I was in Wine country, never saw it anywhere on the shelves, never heard of a winery with his name on it. Seemed weird. But then again, he always has these useless products on the market, watches , coins, ect, Well this explains it. Money laundering.
