If you hadn’t mentioned: Messages to Attorney General, I wouldn’t have searched beyond the first alphabetized group. Thanks!

Merrick Garland has already provided a copy of the report to the House & Senate Judiciary committees. Democrats will release it if the case is killed or the accused are pardoned.

Will the report have an update on the pipe bombs? Have they found out who planted them yet?

Sandra Nicht's avatar

I read someone's Substack who said they DO know who it is but aren't doing anything about it. Of course it's a GOP operative...

Lou Ricci's avatar

So a “GOP Operative” almost blew up VP Elect Harris but the Democrat DOJ prosecuted 1600 protestors, but not this guy? And the Democrat Jan 6 Committee makes no mention of it? Ok

True, this our opportunity to make our voices heard Teresa!!

How heavily redacted - or not - is that particular report copy? I would imagine that there remains some consideration of the rights of the accused, even though in all likelihood the. case will be cdismissed.

Not to mention the names of some of the witnesses, if they are not yet widely known.

Lordy, I hope so!🤞🏽

They can’t release a classified document on their own. I also think garland said it could be reviewed in camera which means no actual copy has been handed over, to prevent leaks.

Teresa Lukavec's avatar

It will definitely have redactions if/when released.

Susan Linehan's avatar

Can't Biden declassify it??

Good argument. I just now submitted my request to Merrick Garland. Hope this helps and we get that result.

Done! Can anyone tell me why Cannon's injunction had to be followed when she had no jurisdiction to issue it??

Elizabeth's avatar

I’m not sure it had to be followed but it had to be reviewed which meant a court date.

Patrick Daniels aka Cromulent1's avatar

IiRC she dismissed the case, because special prosecutors aren’t allowed… she was obviously protecting Trump, with her reward being a seat on SCOTUS, or she doesn’t understand that she’s unqualified for her position!!

Great idea 👏👏👏

Are true criminals. They were just acti NG in the directions of their criminal boss.

Just sent my request in! Thank you, AG for making it so easy!

Done A.G. Always happy to make some "good trouble". Thanks for all that you and Dana do.

Joy Cunningham's avatar

Done. Thank you so much for your work.

Mike's avatar

I sent Merrick Garland a message as you asked.

Ann's avatar

I did it! I thank you for making it easy for this 73 yr old to contact Merrick Garland and plead with him that ordinary citizens who respect the rule of law deserve to read both reports.

Garland should be in an aquarium in the squid section. Invertebrates R’ Us. Major disappointment that one…

If Biden would pardon them all the barriers to publication disappear. We know Trump will.

It seems unfair that others should face jail time for crimes ordered by Trump, while he gets away with it scot free, anyway. I bet Cohen regrets cooperating with the DOJ after serving more time than anyone else for Trump's crimes. Unless he truly is a changed man with a strong conscience. (That would be quite a transformation from what he was!)

I do think they should go to prison, but they probably won't, anyway. It's just that Trump should be in prison & longer than anyone else, & instead he gets the presidency & has access to the nuclear codes & will receive US intelligence, which he will send to Putin & others, crash our economy, end our national healthcare & social security systems, destroy our education, withdraw from our international alliances, invade countries in our hemisphere, & irreparably devastate our environment. All these great things to look forward to all because Garland, Wray, Biden & the rest of this administration were too lazy, negligent, cowardly or complicit to enforce the law or Constitution & stop Trump from taking over.

Patrick Daniels aka Cromulent1's avatar

Well said Jaime, I’m disgusted with the laissez faire way that our justice department, Biden, Wray, especially Garland handled this investigation! The ridiculous amount of time, resources and money that should have been spent immediately on January 7th in pursuit of justice for “We the Serfs”, long before Trump’s opportunity for a get out of jail free card, by simply running again!!

Lou Ricci's avatar

Maybe if they’d murder someone Biden would pardon them?

Release the report, leak the report JUST RELEASE THE FUCKING REPORT! We paid for it, we want to see it.
