Thank goodness she brooks no idiocy in her court. SO different from Cannon.

What a great Judge Chutkin. Aileen Cannon ?!?!?! How did she get a job at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher much less get appointed to the Federal Bench.

Jack Smith is a perfect lawyer. He does his job. He has facts.

Tump

Supporters you better start shelling out more of your millions for legal fees. Respectable attorneys do not represent the likes of Donald Trump and his ilk.

I see...but steel is worth a lot. The fake coin isn't, so I didn't get it.

The Mafia has class. Trump is an idiot. They wouldn’t let him

Sweep floors at a social club. Stop equating him

To the Mafia. He’s a low life grifter bs artist no one respects in NYC much less the world

Yes! As an attorney, I would be mortified to read that from any court, much less from the federal district judge who’s hearing (and possibly sentencing) my felony-charged client!

As someone with zero legal background, I thought it was incredibly cringe-worthy to have the judge point out something so fundamental to the process.

This is good. The Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling has given Smith the opportunity to dump a boatful of evidence into the public record before the election, and Trump’s counsel will have no opportunity to cross-examine. The public will be able to see much of the evidence that Smith will use at a later trial.

Would love to see this information out in a broad range of media outlets. This morning a rural radio program was making noise about how unfair any decisions about Trump so close to the election. Not like we couldn't have predicted this. And why the public needs to know it's precisely because Trump has dragged this process out for far too long.

Women! Women! Women! Democracy’s gift 💝 to our Republic. Too long ignored. Far longer abused. Now definitely risen to scare the shit off the “Manosphere” and call “Bullshit” to their lies as her majesty Judge Chutkan has and is doing, ever so sweetly and sooo gracefully. Did I say the judges guarding the gates “happen” to be Steely Black Queens?!!

The Supreme Court gave the wrong lawyer this assignment. Smith will work twice as hard, will document every word and prove Trump was far outside his official duties on Jan 6th. He will convict using their words.

I just realized this is his game to duck Treason under The Logans Act. Guess it's "Logans Run", Trump should be banished to Epstein Island with only Secret Service, no Lolita, no Jolitas, no Wendy's or Walter's-- just SSA and a Cadre of Federal Prison guards. Whi have families that can stay on the island away from general population. Turn the place into another Alcatraz. He can get it ready for his cabal of Cultists when they are banished as well, you know, if The Supreme Court wasn't delegitimized, puppet show of barely sentient fecal matter parading themselves as Justice Professionals.
