Thank you, Allison. Blanch and Trump are trying to see what they can get away with. I hope you keep your lawsuit in play against this . I am afraid it’s a build up to white supremacy.
Kegstand's actions in the Defense Department do point in that direction, but Trump's Big Money backers (e.g., Bezos and others who ponied up for the ballroom and the company that got the contract to wreck the Reflecting Pool) are devoted to their own self-interest rather than any ideology. My guess is that there's serious drama going on behind the scenes. But I'm not discounting the Make America White Again crowd, who probably make up most of the 30+% who still haven't given up on Trump.
You know who'd be very sad to hear that the $1.7B fund is definitely not going to happen? The poor guy whose lawsuit settlement established the fund in the first place. I mean, it's right there in the signed document. Which, come to think of it, isn't that settlement still valid? I sure haven't seen any news about it being amended. Man, that guy is gonna be pissed when he finds out Trump's DOJ is changing the deal.
Thank you so very much for citing your sources. In this chapter of Fantasyland, where “alternative facts” live, I pray for the truth to shine through! “Three things will always rise: the sun, the moon, and the truth.” Buddhist Proverb

Thank you, Allison. I can't believe people are getting arrested for the pool.
The slush fund is really a nightmare. I wish he would find someone else to lead the DOJ.
