This is difficult news. The reasons given for the “slow” = methodical, accurate counting of votes in California elections are twofold:
1. Size of the electorate
2. Wide range of options for voting to MAXIMIZE participation
Both of these are seriously important
Neither is a problem that needs “fixing” especially if interference is motivated by conspiracy-based
hog wash
Keep election integrity and repulse the efforts to falsely claim otherwise
