Allison ... you should mention on the show that there is a state constitutional amendment on the ballot in November in Virginia that would restore voting rights to felons after they have completed their sentence automatically without requiring specific action by the governor. It is one of three amendments on the ballot in November that are very important (the other two involve codifying reproductive rights in the state constitution and marriage equality/same-sex marriage).
