Patel doesn’t have a shot in hell

surely he, can see that

It's shortly past noon, no breaking news of kash filing anything! The dude is guilty of drunkenness and incompetence and it's causing him to be paranoid about losing his job!

Ka$$h HAS to go. He is just another worthless ( I won't call him a human being) member of the trump traitors. Donnie doesn't like drunks so I wonder why Hegseth is still there. Praying for both of their eternal damnation.

Beth Hasse's avatar

Correct, Sir. Listen to Keith Olbermann's 4/20 rant re: Ka$$h & his so-called lawyer. Priceless.

Teach84's avatar

Yes, he filed it this morning.

Beth Hasse's avatar

Not filed in court. Just a threat.

Okay, the writer should countersue Patel for defamation for calling her a liar, just like E. Jean Carroll did with trump, and Virginia Giuffre did with maxwell. Then she can retire. 😊

....."Kash" needs to be cashed out....the only problem is if tRUMP kicks his can to the curb....he'll just replace him with someone as idiotic and incompetent as this moron.....

This administration is Trump lawsuit happy, frivolous lawsuits wasting our money because they are using the government‘s money to sue people even though it’s frivolous

He’s out. He’s too far gone to hide it, and the populace is too concerned over the possibility of a terrorist attack to let him go on this way for much longer. I’d feel bad for him, as I would for Hegseth, if they weren’t such godawful excuses for human beings (i.e., conservative republicans). A lawsuit would just confirm his condition that much sooner. It’s scary for all of us, though, as we’re effectively undefended by this clown car of losers.

Question…when FBI under Kash were fired or resigned, did they have to sign a NDA to receive severance, insurance etc.

Lynnda Van's avatar

His employees or Secret Service must really dislike him to boldly leak.

Kash Patel knows he will be fired; it is just a matter of when.

If not because the position of the FBI director is so critical and it is so horrifying that the position is held by a dangerous idiot like Patel, it would have been hilarious that he was freaking out when he couldn't log in to his computer.

I have been listening to Allison and Andy since the Jack podcast (now called Unjustified) and am so glad to see Andy coming onto The Breakdown as well. I remember Andy mentioning that accepting the FBI director position means accepting that there will be essentially no personal life for the duration of the term, and all previous directors limited their personal travel to minimize the use of the FBI jet, until Kash Patel.

It was so hypocritical for Patel to criticize the use of the jet when he was a podcaster but then he abused it when he became the director and used it way more than any prior director. And he has the audacity to go on tv to claim he was "keeping America safe" when he fired a whole bunch of agents just because they simply did their job in investigating J6 or Trump's mishandling of classified documents and gutted the units specializing on foreign interference and counter-intelligence (which track Iranian threats).

And I hope Patel is required to prove those ( unbelievable) statistics.

Why is the FBI “ warning “ the Atlantic? An attorney for Patel would be legitimate, but the FBI?…Prior to publication, the FBI expressly informed

Defendants that each of these allegations was “totally false.”

FBI Director Kash Patel filed a $250 million defamation lawsuit against The Atlantic on April 20, 2026. The suit alleges the magazine published "false and obviously fabricated" claims regarding accusations of excessive drinking and unexplained absences, which the magazine stands by.

The Atlantic, like the WSJ, are going “bring it on”, I’m sure.

I will not watch on YouTube and I would never have paid at all let alone for a year had I known of Allison‘s association with Midas Touch I would not have supported her Substack account. I am done subscribing to any accounts aside from those promoting Progressive, as in progress of democratic values, for candidates running in primaries and running for office.
