Great news, especially on May Day, when so many of us are demonstrating against the orange menace. I’m wearing a tee shirt purchased during the first trump term which says “We the People Means Everyone”. While this ruling is bound to be appealed, my hope/guess is that it will be upheld.
While this is great news, it all means nothing if Trump and his regime ignores it. Who is charged with enforcing this ruling? What are the consequences of non-compliance?

Unfortunately, many Americans will be angry regarding this decision. They truly believe that illegals should have no “Due Process”.
They truly believe that none of their “enemies” should be afforded due process.
