All we need is a patriot somewhere who will leak Vol 2 to the press à la The Pentagon Papers. My taxes paid for that report, and the nation deserves to see it.

Apparently, there was litigation pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Oral arguments were tentatively set for late June, but that's all I've been able to find out. Either my Google-fu is weak, or there's some kind of black-out in effect. Probably the former.
