I was SO SAD to not be able to make it to the Tuesday reception. Parking garages were closed to daily parkers and then METRA (local commuter rail service) announced closure of the downtown stations! I had no way to get there. I would have loved to shake your hand and personally thank you for EVERYTHING that you do. I would not survive this hellscape without you these last several years.

I love it!! The idea of post-it noting bathrooms in TexBanistan is so clever!! As someone who lived for many years in the state formerly known as Texas, I continue to be shocked by the corruption and depravity of Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton. But then there is Beto O’Rourke and Jasmine Crockett, some of the best people ever. Keep the faith and keep post-it noting bathrooms!!

What happens in USA affects the world and influences the way politics are played out everywhere. I watched most of the convention and was thrilled to recognize most speakers. You're keeping me inspired: I'm working a full time job and I've gone back to school and trying to pay attention to all of the millions of other details in life simultaneously and when I feel like exploding, I remind myself there will be another episode of the Beans, and Cleanup, and Jack... and I just keep going, too. Thanks for the information and inspiration. And I hope you FULLY enjoy that upcoming October vacation.
