Perjury is a serious criminal offense involving intentionally making a false statement under oath, in court, or in signed legal documents, with the knowledge that it's untrue and with the intent to mislead a proceeding, punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.
Plain & Simple. The DOJ has violated the law by not releasing the files as required & removed previously released information from this tranche.(caught red-handed?)

Why is the act of lying becoming the accepted and expected trade mark that is staining each and every department of this administration? The DOJ, from Pam Bondi on down, are guilty of fabricating charges and obfuscating evidence. DHS, from Kristi Noem on down, are guilty of fabricating charges, obfuscating evidence and colluding with DOJ to bring false indictments of wrongdoing for anyone that is bold enough to assert their Constitutional rights to question the authority of CBP and ICE performing their extrajudicial racial profiling and kidnappings in American communities. DOD, from Pete Hegseth on down, for issuing illegal orders for lethal acts on civilians based on unverified and largely fabricated hyperbole. The alleged motivations and organizational goals of people involved in presumed drug smuggling, are based on an edict by Trump to legally classify them as ‘terrorist’ without any demonstrable evidence or legal basis. Using this fabrication as the basis to authorize lethal actions of war against this group without evidence or due process seems a clear act of premeditated homicide. This is particularly troubling due to the fact that the USCG has been interdicting suspected off-shore drug smugglers for the past five decades without resorting to lethal intervention. They’ve successfully confiscated drugs, made judicial arrests and provided further intelligence regarding the drug trade as a result of these arrests and prosecutions. I am unable to recall any incident of armed resistance to any of these activities by the USCG during this time. Likewise, in the current instances of lethal use of force by the US military, there has been no documented evidence of any arms being employed by the occupants of these open boats against US forces. They are by definition, non-combatants. There is no element of the Executive branch that appears to be operating under the constraints, either legally or in spirit, of the Constitution of these United States. This administration needs to be held accountable and not three years from now. Their actions rise to criminal behavior and have gone beyond the prospect of losing elections as just punishment.
The orange regime controls all branches of government. They are corrupt and will do corruption until they lose their control. Vote blue if you want to see accountability. Pretty simple
How many times has the administration provably lied to a judge now? There should be a massive sanction effort to purge the DOJ of attorneys who have lied in court or compelled other attorneys to lie in court. Disbarment should be among the sanctions. Every. Damn. One. Of. Them.
