In establishing the “anti-weaponization” fund, the government failed to follow the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), so I'm suing to set the fund aside.
A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration’s effort to establish a fund to reimburse people who claim they were targeted by the “weaponization” of the federal government.
The six who just had their charges dropped have said they’ll file for reimbursement from this fund. I’ll be interested to see the response from the panel or whomever since these are “contrary” to Trump’s vision for this fund. Thank you Allison for everything (and that covers a great deal) that you do.
