In a stunning move during the Friday news dump, the Justice Department moved to dismiss my anti-weaponization slush fund lawsuit, arguing “the fund is dead” and my “case is moot.”
Ironically, an hour earlier, they filed an appeal to Judge Williams nullification of the underlying “settlement agreement” that ordered the fund be set up in the first place. Blanche rescinded the subsequent order, but not the underlying agreement. And they got the number two at Main Justice to personally sign the appeal. They’re literally resurrecting the zombie slush fund, while moving to dismiss my lawsuit against it claiming it’s a dead letter.
