They all need to held accountable, including Attorney General Pam Bondi and President Trump.

They ALL conspired in this lie and contempt of court: Miller, Trump, Bondi! As for the allegation these men are gang members? Where is the evidence? Why were they not given due process to testify in this accusation? What crimes have they been convicted of in the past, and did they serve their time? I believe nothing from any member of this administration, and the courts shouldn’t either!

Every 🤡 ass kisser is responsible for everything this crooked regime does. Every MAGA in Admin, FBI, ICE, or any part of this criminal govt. Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, Rubio, Johnson, 3 Toes, DeSantis, McConnell et al. The entire ignorant, RACIST, unqualified, treasonous, criminal MAGA Party/Project 2025! Not to mention the assist from the corporate media.

IMHO, Miller, Trump, Bondi, Noem, Kegsbreath, and others have committed more crimes on any single day since Jan 20 than all those men now in El Salvador put together. Damn it! They need to be brought home and set free. We are safer with them on the streets than having the (t)Rump regime running amok!

I hope these judges start doling out consequences for the DOJ attorneys who have committed perjury. They need to be stripped of their law licenses. No more slaps on the wrists for these people. They knew what they were doing when they did it. No second chances. The kidnapped men didn't get any chances!!

Charged with conspiracy to commit assault, criminal negligence causing bodily harm, …

And that’s assuming none of the deaths in ICE/DHS custody (or any future deaths in the custody of other states) are directly attributable to the actions they’ve enabled with their perjury.

They lie with impunity. Our courts are proving to be ineffective against this regime because they have no current way of inflicting consequences on anybody at all. When will they hire independent authority like U.S. Marshals to arrest these people committing perjury or breaking the law? Makes my eyebrow go up about our courts.

Good reporting. Thanks.

It doesn’t help that SCOTUS keeps overturning lower court rulings either.

Yeah, I know. SCOTUS is with him and contributing to trashing the Constitution on his behalf. I'm pretty sick about that. Someone needs to open up investigations about the SCOTUS crooks who keep being traitors as well. God, I couldn't work with those clowns. I feel for Ms. Jackson.

As always, AG, thank you for keeping up with this and alerting us to what is happening.

At this point, it can happen to any of us.

Of course “Trump’s government knew that it had constructive custody of those at CECOT before it made a declaration to the court that it didn’t”

Trump knew. They don’t care. Meanwhile all the time for the court cases these men are suffering horrible abuses !!!

They’re like little kids. I can just hear the 🤡… “Tell ‘em we can’t get them back! Haha.. They’ll never know! Even if they find out, I can do whatever I want!”

And this part “(The women were sent back as CECOT does not accept women)”

But they sent them anyway!!! I don’t even want to think about what COULD HAVE been done with them! Especially after the 🤡made it clear that he WAS a client of the sex slave master/trafficker of underage girls. We are officially a shit hole country.

This was my "take" from the outset given the fact that it was described as a "pay to play" contract rather than an outright rendition. The administration's great reluctance to provide any documentation or detailed information concerning this agreement only bolsters that interpretation.

So would finding that the U.S. DOES have constructive custody also bring review of whether punishment is cruel and unusual?

It would certainly open that door, but that’s getting a little ahead of things. The issue of their removal without due process has to be resolved first. Then if the case is still live, the court can look at the terms of removal.

This is beyond “accidental.”

They didn’t want to have to pay a lot of money to get rid of people. As it is, they have fired many immigration judges and are hiring new ones (want to guess what their interview questions will be like?). This is about deporting as many brown people as possible. When are they going to look at Melania? 🤔

Oh, Melania is safe for now, even though she was admitted to the US on an "Einstein" visa. ( Fraud, ya think?)

What about the dismantling of the independent federal agencies, in general? They are responsible for turning statutes into regulations, policies, and enforcement mechanisms. Without them — do we even have a legislative branch of government?
