Gotta resolve the incompetency plea. If they will continue to plead incompetency resumes should be submitted. If competency can be concluded from staffing experience, perhaps an audit will need to be conducted of any items claimed to be inadvertently missing due to any suspicious episodic “incompetence”. If the lawyers continue to plead incompetency they should then maybe be assumed incompetent in all respects and full-time court supervision may need to be threatened or implemented. Regulatory supervisor placement in an incompetent organization that claims to inadvertently commit crimes by accident is a standard tool available to the courts.
I have very little faith left in the court system. The SCOTUS is Trump's fan club and no.1 enabler, and the feral courts seem totally impotent. Every time a federal judge orders Trump or his gang to do something, or stop doing something, they simply ignore them, file reams of meritless paper and stall until they can get it in front of the most corrupt and partisan SCOTUS in history. Then; poof! The problems go away....
