Clinton did, Obama did, and Biden did, but no president to my knowledge has a record of obscene pardons, utterly inexcusable pardons that have freed violent insurrectionists, drug traffickers, and financial criminals, some serving very long sentences. Trump's abuse of the presidential pardon power has set records that will never be approached, let alone equaled or surpassed, unless the American electorate once again fails its responsibility and elects a depraved, fascist thug, who coincidentally just happens to be a criminal many times over. There is only one pardon I can imagine today that would be as beyond the pale and as serious a breach of moral and ethical standards as pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell would be. That would be if Trump is eventually convicted of a crime and a future president (or governor, if it were a state criminal conviction) pardoned Trump himself. Maxwell's crimes are among the worst imaginable, but Trump's exceed hers. Equally appalling would be a pre-emptive pardon that prevented Trump from being prosecuted for one of his countless crimes
