Great one! And loved I think it was Balint who called her secretary and Pammy Jo says no I'm AG and Balint says oh, I couldn't tell! I do think Balint mean secretary from the secretary pool, not the Cabinet!

Love you both. I am a social worker always wondering how I can make a difference. Thanks for that last reminder! It’s lonely out here.

Because she is an attorney, or even if she was just involved in middle school debate club, Bondi should have prepared by anticipating the questions or arguments that the panel would have, and have fact based rebuttals ready. Not insults, not unrelated accusations. Her team employed a losing strategy.

The DOJ surveiling what members of Congress are searching in the Epstein files should not be a surprise. It is similar to the administration’s efforts in early 2025 to bring the Library of Congress (LOC) under the Executive branch from it's rightful place under the Legislative branch. Had this move been successful, the DOJ would have been able to monitor what members of Congress (both parties) research within the LOC.

The other thing that both moves have in common - Todd Blanche. See article from Democracy Docket:

Trump Is Trying to Control Congress by Taking Over Its Library

By Jacob Knutson

May 15, 2025

“Trump’s firing of Carla Hayden, the first woman and the first African American to be librarian of Congress, marked the first time in U.S. history that a librarian of Congress was dismissed. Trump selected Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, one of his personal attorneys during his 2024 hush money trial, as acting librarian of Congress, but it’s unclear if he had the authority to do so”.

“Blanche has selected two other top Department of Justice (DOJ) officials for senior positions in the LOC, including one to serve as the new register of copyrights. However, when Blanche’s designees tried to enter the LOC earlier this week, staff members refused to give them access without Congressional approval, the New York Times reported”.

“In selecting Blanche, Trump may be trying to assert that the LOC is part of the executive branch, the consequences of which would be immense.

The LOC is much more than just the world’s largest library. It plays a crucial role in the economy by administering copyright law through the Copyright Office. It’s also foundational to U.S. governance through the Congressional Research Service (CRS).

Acting as the research arm of Congress, the CRS gives lawmakers confidential, apolitical information — including legal advice — to help them make informed policy decisions.

If Trump’s allies can control the CRS, they’ll likely gain access to all inquiries lawmakers have made to the service over the past several decades, and may be able to control what information is given to lawmakers through future inquiries”.

Credit where credit's due!

Pamela-Jo isn't supervising those cases directly, but she's supervising Pirro, and there can be no doubt that even someone as incompetent as Pirro could do a better job of a MAGA perspective. PJ could tell her how to make the cases to at least go to court.

So obviously PJ is fine with these cases thrown out at jury level. Honestly, I can't see why, I don't think this really intimidates the people r escaping indictment, but what do I know? It's a fact that Pamela-Jo owns up to the incompetence, we must accept it and find out what they are really up to.

Even a great prosecutor can’t get an indictment when there isn’t any evidence. They just don’t bring the case. The attorneys who tried to indict Senator Kelly, et al, were drafted to do it. Then took their pay and went home.
