I am really, really, REALLY tired of that man using and abusing the justice system to avoid consequences.

So am I. Really, really, really, REALLY sick and tired of it, of hearing about him, of his whiney voice and his made-up face and every single thing even remotely related to him and his goons.

Well, in the '50s, some odd years that he's been supposedly in business. His method of operation hasn't changed one iota.

As most reasonable people know. :( It's just that he's become an invasive species over the past 10 years. With a plethora of spinoffs.

The DOJ is constructing a criminal case against Abrego Garcia. When he is returned they will charge him with trumped up crimes and deport him again, "We told you he was a criminal."

Garcia was driving a vehicle with passengers headed to find work, he was pulled over but police could find no wrongdoing and didn't even issue him a ticket. The owner of the vehicle is now in jail, and the DOJ is offering him a deal in exchange for him implicating Garcia in human trafficking. They are scouring records for domestic violence charges that do not exist.

The DOJ doxxed Garcia's family's address and they are now in hiding. They intend to deport Abrego Garcia and insure that his family never finds peace in the U.S. Remember, cruelty is the point.

Just so they don't have to admit that they fucked up after already admitting that they fucked up. I hope that person in jail doesn't lie to save his own ass.

They are trying to turn straw into gold and Judge Xinis needs to put a stop to all of their shenanigans, full stop.

Notice none of these charges existed when they arrested him. All new stuff they’re trying to create.

You are correct about "cruelty being the point!"

Since most people don't think that way, it is hard for the average Joe to grasp, but there are evil people in this world, and many are attracted to Washington.

Youre a fool. The actual criminal, MS13 wife-beater Garcia was in a vehicle specifically modified to tightly traffic as many slaves as possible, and none had luggage. Plus local police had sufficient evidence to detain them but Biden's DOJ told them to let them go. But you's never know that thanks to the cult of Rachel Maddow lies you swallow.

Did they come into our country through due process? Did all the American citizens murdered by illegals get due process did they? STFU.

Ok enough of this shit! The judge is bending over backwards when she has given them enough time. They aren’t going to provide anything worth the wait. This should have already been settled and he should be home.

Our justice system is not equal. If this were me or any other person, I'd be in prison already. I'm so fkn sick of wealthy people getting away with shit we never would. Eat the rich!

It never has been and never will be. We can work to make the system better. But the founding fathers weren't exactly poor. (Don't let anyone know they weren't all Christian.)

IMO, if one federal correctional facility overcrowded with low-level drug offenders had received all the judicial deference Trump has received, they never would have been incarcerated and we would all still be safer than we are now with Trump and Republicans in the wild.

Trump’s predictable delaying tactics were exactly why I was howling “GET ON WITH IT!” while DOJ was navel-gazing their way to finally charging Trump with J6 offenses.

Oops. Too late. 🙄

“It’s important to note that the briefing on privilege that’s causing this delay is because the Trump regime is being AFFORDED DUE PROCESS - the very thing they’re trying to strip from Abrego Garcia.” THIS is the part that drives me nuts. Fed judges typically have very little patience for any kind of bullshit, yet that’s basically all they’re getting from this administration.

Abrego Garci and all the rest of the kidnap victims must be returned to the U.S. very soon. And Miller, Bondi, et al. Should be jailed for contempt until they publicly affirm and instruct all U.S. attys that “all people” shall be afforded due process as the Constitution requires, and all govt officials will follow court orders promptly and completely.
