If you're not familiar with legal procedures in law offices as well as government, the documents are TRACKED..... Who is accessing them, Are they being printed, are theby being copied electronically, are they being emailed... ALL heavily tracked.
Further, an account # is entered for billing. Without that, the systems freeze.
These are used to track "chain of custody", which establishes the Authenticity and chronology of the records.

It is incredible to me how officers of the court seem to have gotten away with so much and forsaken the law. I do not understand the loyalty and obeisance that this man is able to extract from some of those within the judicial system. It seems to be in line with the fear that Republican law makers have admitted to. If I'm still around when this shit show is over and the air has cleared, I hope this can all be explained.
